About

Tedi Teabout is an established presence in Carlsbad, California, who serves as CEO of ABA Adaptive Services. There, she focuses on meeting the needs of patients with conditions ranging from autism to global developmental delay and cerebral palsy. Responsible for behavioral and functional assessments, Tedi Teabout also works with patients with issues such as anxiety and depression.

Prior to establishing ABA Adaptive Services in 2018, Ms. Teabout worked and interned at four clinics, gaining first-hand experience treating diverse adults, teens, and young children. She emphasized a collaborative treatment approach and communicates with school principals, therapists, and psychiatrists in coordinating care. She has additionally set in place audit systems for clients and staff to make sure that treatment efforts are as effective as possible.

Having earned her master’s degree at Wayne State University, Ms. Teabout regularly consults on professional topics with BCBA and PhD professors at her alma mater. A community-focused individual, Tedi Teabout has established a scholarship fund through ABA Adaptive Services at Wayne State University.
